Re-Performing Loan (RPL)

If you are looking for true "passive income", RPL's are the investment class for you. Our Re-performing assets are homeowner occupied, having a 6 month or longer positive payment history. When you purchase an RPL from Revolve Capital you become the bank, it's that simple. All of our properties are 1st-lien, never second position. Every asset is backed by the mortgage note, and comes with 3 separate Broker's Price Opinion (BPO's).

One of the biggest perks of owning the note is that you are not responsible for any property tax, HOA fees, or upkeep. If the water heater breaks at 12 AM, the homeowner is responsible to fix and maintain the property. You are the bank and your only obligation is to honor the mortgage contract.
